SIMPLIFIED APPROACH TO ENDODONTIC INSTRUMENTATION AND OBTURATION

The webinar will propose an innovative, simplified clinical approach to the endodontic treatment by using single file reciprocating techniques and bioceramic single-cone cold hydraulic condensation. The technique aims at simplifying procedure, reducing iatrogenic errors and improving quality and outcome of the treatment. The advantages and limitations of the reciprocating motion and motors will be widely discussed, in combination with clinical hints on how to practically improve these motions and how to properly incorporate different instruments designs and heat treatments in the technique. Clinical cases will be presented to show the clinical advantages of such approach and in conclusion a bioceramic single-cone cold hydraulic condensation will be shown, aiming at making this final step efficient and easy to perform like the proposed instrumentation technique.
