HOW TO CLINICALLY BENEFIT FROM USING HEAT TREATED NICKEL-TITANIUM INSTRUMENTS
The webinar will discuss how to properly clinically use the new heat treated nickel titanium instruments, illustrating how and why this innovative manufacturing process can significantly influence mechanical properties of the instruments and consequently change their clinical use. The role of the design, manufacturing process and the motion in the performance of these instruments will be presented and widely discussed with evidence-based research and clinical expertise. As a consequence, new clinical motions will be presented to better use these new instruments clinically and get all the possible advantages of this new technology. The role of different designs and motions will also be discussed, since they also are relevant factors in determining performance of the instruments. Clinical cases will be presented, and practical hints will be provided to demonstrate the clinical advantages of such instruments.
