Treatment of perforation and fractured instrument

Resume
Lower molar with a fractured instrument and perforation in the furcation area.
The instrument was removed and the perforation sealed with bioceramic repair cement ( Bio-c Repair – Angelus). The canals were obturated with gutta-percha cone and bioceramic cement ( Bio-C Sealer – Angelus).
The canal entrances were sealed with Flow Pink + SDR resin and finished with Z350 resin.
