Pre-prosthetic endodontic treatment of teeth 1.4 and 1.6, characterized by highly complex root canal anatomy, with significant anatomical variations and severe canal curvatures

Resume:
Shaping was performed using EdgeEndo Diamond EdgeEndo instruments, chosen to safely manage the challenging canal morphology and maintain the original anatomy throughout the preparation. The advanced flexibility and cutting efficiency of the instruments allowed effective negotiation of the canals, reducing the risk of procedural errors and ensuring proper cleaning and shaping prior to the prosthetic phase. Root canal obturation was completed using EdgeBioceramic Sealer with the single-cone gutta-percha technique, allowing effective sealing and optimal adaptation to the canal anatomy. This approach enabled a predictable and conservative treatment, optimizing the endodontic outcome and supporting long-term prosthetic rehabilitation. The 6-month clinical and radiographic follow-up confirmed therapeutic success, with absence of symptoms and stable periapical conditions.
