RESUME
A patient presented to the office with a dentoalveolar abscess and severe pain. A CBCT exam was requested, revealing extensive bone loss between teeth 31, 41, and 42. Clinically, there was grade 3 mobility, but no periodontal pocket. Coronal opening was performed on all three teeth, along with instrumentation and preparation up to a size 40 instrument, and Bio C Temp (Angelus, Londrina, Brazil) was used. The procedure was repeated 30 days later, and Bio C Temp was re-inserted. In the third session, the filling was performed with Bio C Sealer (Angelus, Londrina, Brazil). CBCT images at 1 year and 10 months and 3 years later revealed complete repair of the periapical lesions. Clinically, the patient is asymptomatic and functional.
