Shaping was performed using the EdgeEndo EdgeTaper Platinum system, completing the apical preparation up to size F2. The advanced properties of the Fire-Wire heat treatment made it possible to safely manage such a severe canal curvature, ensuring high instrument flexibility, preservation of the original anatomy, and reduction of instrument fracture risk. This approach allowed for a predictable management of the case, promoting effective cleaning and optimal three-dimensional obturation. The 5-year clinical and radiographic follow-up confirmed the maintenance of therapeutic success, with absence of symptoms and complete stability of the periapical tissues.
