  • Diagnosis: Referred after initial access; a single canal was suspected. A CBCT scan revealed anomalous anatomy.
  • Instrumentation: EdgeTaper up to F2 at 18 mm
  • Irrigation: 2.5% sodium hypochlorite, with liquid EDTA as the final irrigant
  • Obturation: Performed with EdgeCore 25 and resin-based sealer
